LIPID- Triglycerides are the biggest cause of obesity since triglycerides are found in a lot of fast foods and fatty foods. The molecule is turned to fat storage and this causes people to get fat.
PROTEIN- Having too much of Whey results in nausea, headache, bloating, and cramps!

CARBOHYDRATE- Fiber has a variety of positive effects on the human body. Most fruits and vegetable include both soluble and insoluble fibers. Soluble fiber helps to lower cholesterol and blood glucose and insoluble fiber helps waste to become heavier and softer, but too much fiber may result in bloating, cramping, and gases.
LIPID- Monounsaturated fats help reduce the bad cholesterol and help reduce the risk of heart attacks and strokes. They also help maintain and develop the bodies cells.
PROTEIN- Soy reduces the risk of colon, breast, and prostate cancer.
ENZYME- The type of enzyme that you can find in an avocado is polyphenols. When the phenols are exposed to oxygen, the phenols will transform into a completely different class of compounds called quinones. Then, when the quinones bond together they form a pigment called melanin. Which can be found in nails, hair, skin, and the iris.  ​
